For starters, no one should EVER BOIL seafood… STEAM IT! I am a huge fan of this particular crustacean of the sea, and was let down when I cracked open the shell… it was dripping, I mean dripping in water and all the flavors were boiled out! Next time I will have to ask the chef to steam it like it’s supposed to be!
From my observation of living down here, it appears everything is boiled, much like the snow crab legs offered everywhere. What a shame! My quest still continues to find perfection. In lieu of the lobster, I ordered the sweet potato mash and found it to be OVERLY SWEET with the addition of dried green grapes!!! Ick. I always have something nice to say, but I am lost for words on this review. I dared to touch the coleslaw…
